Inference of population structure and migration history by chromosome painting.

      I will describe how fine information about ancestry can be obtained using the chromopainter algorithm and how this can be used to elucidate details of population structure and migration events, using fineSTRUCTURE and globetrotter. Examples will be presented from our recent analysis of human admixture history worldwide and from the Peopling of the British Isles project.
