Cancer and infectious diseases are important problems concerned with our lives directly. Drug resistance in cancer cells or infectious pathogens also annoys us. I would like to make it clear the fundamental mechanisms of the emergence of cancer cells as well as the appearance of drug resistance qualitatively by using mathematical models. My interest is to find theoretical insights that could give suggestions to researchers or doctors who engage in the medication.
