Oct, 2014 One postdoctoral fellow position (about 4 years at longest) is available immediately in Hiroshi Haeno's group. This position is funded by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research on innovative areas. A mathematical biologist or a statistician who has Ph.D. is suitable. If you are interested, please email me.
September, 2014 Our new paper entitled "Evolution of pre-existing versus acquired resistance to platinum drugs and PARP inhibitors in BRCA-associated cancers" was published in PLoS One.

May, 2013 Our new paper about "Stochastic tunneling of two mutations in a population of cancer cells" was accepted in PLoS One.
Aprl, 2013 I was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Kyushu University in Japan.

May, 2011 A study on a novel tumour-suppressor function for the Notch pathway in myeloid leukaemia was published in Nature.
March, 2010 I completed my Ph.D in Kyushu University.
November, 2009 A study on the evolution of metastases during the clonal expansion is published in Journal of theoretical biology.
September, 2009 A study on the cell of origin of myeloid malignancies is published in PNAS.
April, 2009 I attended American Association for Cancer Research 100th meeting.
March, 2009 I came back to the lab in Kyushu University.
