ヘニッヒ則を用いたgram陽性菌の系統解析

ヘニッヒの分岐分類学の方法(新しい形質の共有を調べることによって系統樹の形を決定していく)をアミノ酸配列に適用しgram陽性菌の代表的な4種(Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Clostridium acetobutylicum, Thermoanaerobactor tengcongensis)の系統関係を調べた。アミノ酸配列としてRNA polymerase, リボソームタンパク質を用いたところ、系統関係として((B. subtilis, L. plantarum),(C. acetobutylicum, T. tengcongensis))という同一の結果をそれぞれ得た。 |
