For Banquet attendees,
We will arrange the shuttle bus to the banquet venue.
The departure time is 17:45, Sep. 8 from the front of Shiiki Hall.

For contributed speakers,
Each talk should be delivered within 20 minutes including talk, questions and comments.
You can use 15 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for questions.

For poster presenters,
Core time of odd (1,3,5...) numbered posters is 12:15 - 14:00 (Lunch time) on Sep. 7.
Core time of even (2,4,6...) numbered posters is 12:15 - 14:00 (Lunch time) on Sep. 8.

About the traffic,
Especially in the morning, the traffic near the campus would be busy. If you need to arrive the campus to attend the morning sessions which start from 9:00, you should take the transportations to arrive at 8:30 if on time.

The 2016 (26th) annual meeting of the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology

Mathematical Biology Laboratory at Kyushu University moved to Ito campus on the west side of Fukuoka last October. The 2016 annual meeting of the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology will be held from September 7 to 9 at the new, beautiful campus surrounded by rich natural environment of Itoshima peninsula. The official language of the meeting is English in order to encourage a broad international exchange of research ideas and results. All topics linked to mathematical and theoretical biology are welcome. This meeting presents an opportunity to discuss the cutting edge developments in theoretical methods and their applications to real-world problems.

Information for participants

  • Reception starts from 8:15 on the morning of each day. The reception would be always open after the start time.
  • At the reception, you can get your name card, a program book and receipt of your payments. If you haven't paid the fees before the meeting, you can pay at the reception desk.
