Mathematical Biology Laboratory at Kyushu University moved to Ito campus on the west side of Fukuoka last October. The 2016 annual meeting of the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology will be held from September 7 to 9 at the new, beautiful campus surrounded by rich natural environment of Itoshima peninsula. The official language of the meeting is English in order to encourage a broad international exchange of research ideas and results. All topics linked to mathematical and theoretical biology are welcome. This meeting presents an opportunity to discuss the cutting edge developments in theoretical methods and their applications to real-world problems.

博多百年蔵 (Hakata Hyakunenngura) is a great Japanese sake brewery built in 1870, the only one in Hakata city. It is a familiar place to Hakata residents, due to its traditional style of brewing Japanese sake, as well as the building of historical value. We hope that participants will join us for a delicious dinner and wonderful time at 博多百年蔵 (Hakata Hyakunenngura).

Shuttle bus to the banquet venue
We will arrange the shuttle bus to the banquet venue.
The departure time is 17:45, Sep. 8 from the front of Shiiki Hall. Because the previous sessions would last until 17:15, please keep in mind you will not be late the departure time if you need to use the bus.
